Ending your day off gulping down a glass of milk might seem like a quick and nutritious end, and milk is widely considered as an end of day drink to help you wind down and crank up the sleep inducing hormones in your body. Milk drinking is a routine many of us get used to from childhood, and many carry well into adulthood. The calcium in milk also helps boost serotonin levels in the body, while the melatonin helps fight off insomnia in those struggling with this sleep disorder due to stress or other reasons. It always happens that milk from your glass finds it way spilling onto your favorite dress. The milk stains may stay invisible and not obvious which can probably tempt you into dealing with it later while missing the best chance and turning those stains into permanent ones. Don't worry anyhow, let CLEACE, the
best washing powder come to your aid.

Tips
ALWAYS read the label on your garment to determine proper washing instructions. It is generally a good idea to wash stained clothes separately from another laundry to avoid spreading the stain to other clothes. If the stain is on a delicate fabric such as silk or wool, or if the garment is designated as dry-clean only, take the item to a professional cleaner.
